These Terms govern use of minamisyou (“the Service”), including Blog, Games, CodeTest, and shared account features. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The Service is a personal website providing articles, browser games, coding-review exercises, and related account features. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity performed through your authenticated session. Do not attempt to use another person's account or bypass access controls.

3. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated requests, interfere with other users, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary for security or stable operation.

4. CodeTest and AI

CodeTest is an educational exercise for reviewing AI-written code. AI responses and grading may contain errors and should not be treated as professional, security, legal, or other expert advice. Usage limits may apply to protect availability and cost.

5. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, original site content and software remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Third-party names, trademarks, libraries, and linked content belong to their respective owners.

6. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Continuous availability, error-free operation, or preservation of all user data is not guaranteed. Maintenance, failures, or external-service changes may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
